We work to facilitate the evolution of NHS Tayside, constantly seeking and developing opportunities to improve patient services and promote patient health. Our teams work across the Tayside region and across all services of the NHS from Primary Care to Acute Hospital Care to develop services to better fit the needs of the patients of Tayside.

Our teams work to provide professional leadership to Allied Health Professionals, to support and promote Child Health, to guide the establishment and ongoing development of Managed Clinical /Care Networks, to monitor and improve upon our performance through Information and Performance Scrutiny and to facilitate and support the Modernisation and Development of patient services and Organisational/Leadership Development programmes for clinical and non-clinical staff responsible for delivery of these services.
