We work to support the staff of NHS Tayside to modernise patient services and develop their ability to undertake ongoing change and innovation. Our Modernisation and Development Consultants have the knowledge and experience to advise on change management and best practice in improving healthcare services.
On this website you will able to discover all about planning and undertaking a Service Improvement and how to use a range of tools and techniques to enable services to build support and impetus for change.
We work with clinical and non-clinical services to support work-flow and patient-flow analysis, to overcome obstacles to change, to identify opportunities for e-learning and multimedia communication to support patient services, and to provide education and assistance to support Service Improvement and Organisational Development. In this way we join with the rest of NHS Tayside to maximise opportunities to embrace new opportunities to improve the service we provide to our patients.
