NHS Tayside Centre For MCNs
The Centre for Managed Clinical/Care Networks (MCNs) was established in response to the increasing numbers of MCNs linked with Tayside.
The Centre is a resource available for the single system of NHS Tayside to provide guidance, support and help create the infrastructure for developing MCNs. This will enable NHS Tayside to have a robust framework and mechanism upon which to further enhance the vision for care for patients based upon the ethos of collaboration and integration featured in Delivering for Health (2005).
There are currently 15 staff members who are directly managed within the Centre for MCNs. There is also a wide range of staff and clinicians across NHS Tayside who are associated with the Centre for MCNs through their work with Managed Clinical/Care Networks.
The Centre for MCNs team includes Managers, Project Co-ordinators, Data Facilitators and administration staff. The organisational chart below shows the core Centre for MCNs team.
