Information: |
The networks vision is thatIndividuals and families live well with acquired brain injury in Tayside. Individuals and families affected by Acquired Brian Injury will be enabled to live as independently as possible with the same aspirations and opportunities as others to take part in family and community life. The Network will achieve this by:
- providing a forum to share knowledge, ideas and good practice
- increasing public and professional awareness of ABI and its effects on individuals and families
- collaborating with other networks, the Scottish Government, and other agencies to promote the interests of people with ABI and their families
- working in partnership with people with ABI, their families, statutory, voluntary and independent agencies to design and deliver services
- setting the direction for ABI services in Tayside
- advising NHS Tayside and the local authorities on priorities
